Job summary

Bravida Medical is seeking a hands-on Senior Warehouse Associate - Inventory Control & Cycle Counting in Geneva, IL. Join a growing medical device manufacturer; you will maintain inventory integrity, perform cycle counts, and support warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This full-time role offers opportunities to grow into inventory leadership and operations roles. You will handle FIFO, receive stock, load/unload shipments, and operate forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse and inventory control experience.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, receiving, and shipping.
• ERP or inventory management system experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and FIFO practices.
• Receive, stock, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments and support shipping activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready warehouse environment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, including forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse projects, inventory adjustments, and operational support as needed.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Ability to operate or become certified on a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work actively throughout the warehouse.
• Self-motivated professional who can prioritize work, adapt quickly, and operate independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated environments such as ISO 9001, GMP, or medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485 preferred).
• Knowledge of lot-controlled inventory and FIFO processes.
• Experience with inventory accuracy programs and warehouse continuous improvement initiatives.
