Job summary

Morris & Associates, a US-based provider of process cooling solutions, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Garner, NC team. You will support daily operations, pick, pack, and prepare orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires at least 3 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, forklift experience, and basic computer skills. Overtime or weekend shifts may be required; health insurance and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years warehouse/inventory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Prior forklift experience — minimum 3 years.
• Experience with inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shop work orders and shipping orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Ensure warehouse yard and inventory (large items) are properly and accurately stored.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving and storing inventory, pulling parts for shop work orders, maintaining accurate records, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shop work orders and shipping orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular cycle counts
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
• Ensure warehouse yard and inventory (large items) are properly and accurately stored (primary).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience - Minimum of 3 years
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior forklift experience - Minimum of 3 years
• Previous experience in handling large item inventory with fork lift - Minimum of 3 years

Schedule

Full Time – 40 Hours/Week+ Overtime
