Verterra Development is seeking an energetic Operations Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in Cartersville, GA. The role offers room for growth as you manage order pulls, inventory tasks, and customer communications, while maintaining organized warehousing operations.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, a valid license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a detail-focused, positive work ethic. Occasional delivery of parts may be required using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required; forklift experience a plus.
• 19 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Accurately write customer returns.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
