Job summary

Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Garden City, Idaho is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available for our field teams. You will receive, stage, pick, and prepare items, and help load/unload trucks to keep jobs moving.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and forklift certification or willingness to get certified. A background check and drug test may be required.

Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Warehouse Associate who likes staying busy and takes pride in getting the job done right.

You’ll make sure our field teams have the tools, equipment, and materials they need—when they need them. If you’re someone who likes to stay active, keep things organized, and solve problems, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for jobs
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keep inventory accurate and organized
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Help with inventory counts and audits
• Work with field teams and other departments to solve shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with deliveries and pickups when needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience is a plus—not a must
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Basic computer/inventory system skills are helpful
• Forklift certification—or willingness to get certified
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
