STERLING is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations for an industrial contracting company. You will receive, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to support field operations and ensure project needs are met.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with forklift experience and basic inventory software familiarity preferred. This position is on-site in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or construction materials experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
