Job summary

Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, TN is hiring a Warehouse Associate for an hourly position. You will receive, process and store goods from orders using SAP, issue materials to production, and manage scrap documentation. The role includes packing, shipping, and coordinating pickups with carriers, while maintaining safe, accurate stock records.

You will operate a forklift, assist in inventory, and support other shipping duties as needed. A reliable team player with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for goods receipts and inventory control.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with preparing shipping documents and carrier labels.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and store goods into stock from purchase and production orders via SAP.
• Issue materials to production orders as needed.
• Record scrap and create documents for scrap sale.
• Deliver goods to designated recipients and communicate discrepancies toPurchasing.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment; assist in ordering packing supplies.
• Process domestic shipments using pack station, UPS and FedEx software.
• Schedule pickups with freight forwarders and couriers; maintain loading docks.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and maintain organized storage areas.
• Assist in annual physical inventory; adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
