SUMMARY: The Retail Warehouse Associate position will assist with daily functions of the Retail Operations Department.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare merchandise for all retail locations.
2. Pick merchandise from inventory for retail fulfillment.
3. Conduct quality control for outgoing transfers, keeping accurate notes for supervisor.
4. Quickly learn product categories, vendors, styles, colors, and sizes.
5. Count daily shipments.
6. Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
7. Lift and move boxes of inventory.
8. Participate in special projects as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous retail/warehouse experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and hours.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly sit and handle objects.
• Frequently talk or hear.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Climb ladders.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise level.
• Warehouse setting.
