Job summary

The Shyft Group USA, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fort Myers, FL to support kitting, stocking, loading, and inspecting orders. You will play a key role in keeping our operation efficient and organized.

Responsibilities include picking, kit assembling, forklift operation, load/unload, and routine inventory checks. The position is hourly, non-exempt, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift experience (certification preferred).
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and climb ladders (up to 15 ft).
• Strong attendance and work ethic.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Load/unload materials and inspect for damage.
• Assist with deliveries and pick-ups (company truck).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory.
