Job summary

The Aebi Schmidt Group in Lebanon, TN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support kitting, stocking, loading, and inspecting orders. You’ll help keep operations efficient and organized, using handheld scanners to pick and stock inventory and operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Required: a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years warehouse experience, valid driver’s license, forklift certification preferred, ability to lift 40+ lbs and climb ladders, strong attendance and work ethic, and pass a

Responsibilities

• Pick, kit, and stock inventory using handheld scanners.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Load/unload materials and inspect for damage.
• Assist with deliveries and pick-ups (company truck).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory.

What you’ll do:
