Wright Tool Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution center operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping with accuracy and safety. The role uses handheld scanners and ERP/WMS systems to record movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and prior warehouse/shipping experience is preferred. Forklift certification is a plus; training may be provided.

While working, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods; use hands to handle materials and equipment; reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and communicate. The role requires visual focus and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
This job operates primarily in a warehouse and distribution center environment. The employee may work around moving equipment, material-handling equipment, varying temperatures, noise, dust, and frequent pedestrian and product movement. Required safety procedures and personal protective equipment must be followed.
