Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an on-site warehouse associate in Flower Mound, TX, to support daily shipping and inventory operations. You will generate manifests, pick/pack orders, and ensure accurate records in warehouse systems. The role is contract-to-hire with potential advancement opportunities.

The position offers a $13.00 per hour pay rate, benefits eligibility upon conversion, and a safety-focused, team-oriented work environment in a fully onsite facility.

Job description

Support daily shipping and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities include generating shipping manifests, picking and packing customer orders, receiving and storing inventory, organizing products on shelves and racks, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will use warehouse systems to enter records, verify orders, and maintain inventory accuracy while following established procedures and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $13.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
