Job summary

Louisville Tile Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders and deliver great customer service. This role also stages orders, does UPS and LTL shipments, receives material and uses a forklift. This is a first shift Monday - Friday position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with changing temperatures and weather conditions, operate warehouse machinery and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing using a pick list.
• Lift heavy material and load customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift.
• Receive incoming material and inspect for damage and correct contents.
• Note discrepancies in shipping errors on packing list.
• Foster communication with other departments on order status.
• Put material away and record bin locations.
• Maintain a tidy warehouse exterior and interior.

Warehouse Associate Job Duties

• Order picking and packing using a pick list
• Lifting heavy material and loading customer orders
