Position Details

Location: Timken Mounted Bearings, Ferndale, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay Range: Starting rate $19.00/hr; Range $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Position Summary

Timken Mounted Bearings is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Ferndale, WA. This role contributes to Production/Assembly, Urethane Manufacturing, and Packaging/Shipping/Receiving teams. The position requires developing knowledge and skills in manufacturing operations, following directions, and supporting a growth-oriented environment aligned with business goals and performance metrics.

Essential Responsibilities

• Execute standard work instructions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times
• Perform quality work in Assembly, Urethane, or PPS as assigned, including picking components, prepping products, building/assembling using power tools, packaging, loading totes/crates, receiving components, and stocking shelves
• Pay attention to detail and ensure thorough housekeeping and organization
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures, including safe lifting practices
• Communicate proactively regarding issues, shortages, or problems
• Support and rotate through different warehouse areas as needed
• Adhere to 5S organizational standards

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical exam and background check
• Ability to lift 75 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse roles
• Knowledge of hand and light-duty power tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
