Job summary

Michigan Mechanical Ventures is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our HVAC and plumbing operations in Southeast Michigan. The role focuses on daily warehouse tasks to ensure materials are available for our service and construction teams.

You will receive shipments, stock and organize inventory, pull materials for orders, and maintain a clean workspace. Forklift operation and driving company vehicles may be required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong sense of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently.

We are a Family owned Plumbing/HVAC company focused primarily on commercial service and new construction looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our busy HVAC and plumbing company. This role is a vital part of our daily operations. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Your work will ensure our team has the right materials for every job and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. You may also need to drive company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites.
