Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Fargo, ND. The role involves loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, repacking, sorting, and housekeeping, with duties assigned by site leadership. Weekly pay ranges from $700 to $1,000 and the work is physical and fast-paced.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Training is provided; benefits after 60 days and opportunities for internal growth, plus a chance to see multiple sites through our travel team.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced, physically demanding work.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight; select, palletize, and move goods as assigned.
• Audit, repack, sort, and maintain clean work areas.
• Work at a fast pace in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical


• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary


• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
