Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Vermont to perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing and housekeeping. This fast-paced role requires a high-energy, physically capable individual.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is offered. Benefits after 60 days, internal promotion, and opportunities to travel across sites are highlighted in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Select items for shipment.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize and housekeeping duties.
• Follow site leadership directions and maintain clean work area.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
