Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Belton, TX. The role involves a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates should be physically able to lift 25–75 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is provided. Capstone emphasizes internal promotion and offers paid training, safety incentives, and a chance to join a nationwide

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and select items.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize, and clean up as needed.
• Follow site leadership directions and assist with other duties.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
