Job summary

Capstone-Logistics, LLC in Secaucus, NJ is hiring Warehouse Associates to perform a range of warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role involves loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and maintaining clean work areas under site leadership.

Candidates should be energetic, able to lift 25–75 lbs, and be willing to train. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select items, and move freight as assigned.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize, clean up, and maintain housekeeping.
• Follow site leadership instructions and perform other duties as required.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
