Door Works in Elmwood Park, NJ is hiring a Warehouse Associate to keep stock organized and orders moving efficiently. You will unload shipments, label inventory, pick and pack orders, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure accurate inventory records while maintaining a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations or similar role preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification is a plus).
• Physically able to lift and move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments; check for accuracy and damage.
• Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory by recording stock levels and adjustments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals and shipping deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE as required.

What You'll Do

• Physically able to lift and move heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and a team-player mindset.
