PeopleShare by PROMAN in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a Material Handler II for a stable, full-time role on a 12-hour fixed schedule with day or night options.

You will load, move, and inspect printed materials, support press operators, and contribute to a team-driven manufacturing environment. Night shift carries a $3/hr premium; this temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and organize materials throughout a production environment.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product quality issues.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to working a consistent 12-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Remove, stack, organize, and move printed materials throughout the production process.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, carts, and production equipment.
• Perform quality checks on printed products for defects, smearing, folds, and other issues.
• Count, label, band, wrap, and prepare materials for storage or shipment.
• Assist press operators with setup, cleanup, inventory control, and general production support.

Schedule Options Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM // Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (+$3.00/hr Shift Differential)

Fixed 12-Hour Rotating Schedule: Enjoy built-in long weekends and consistent scheduling

What You'll Do
