Job summary

Unitis Contractor Supplies in Southern California is hiring a Warehouse Associate to help stock, prepare shipping orders, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. and offers a pay range of $20–$25 per hour, profit-based bonuses, health benefits, a 401(k) with 4% match, six paid holidays, and generous vacation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift knowledge and/or small industrial vehicle experience required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process stock and prepare shipping orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and documentation.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.

The Warehouse Associate is a valuable position within our organization and will make an impact by effectively processing stock and maintaining inventory. The primary focus of the Warehouse Associate is to manage stock, prepare shipping orders, and provide excellent customer service.

This position works on-site, Monday-Friday, from 5:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

How you will make an impact:

• Help grow the bottom line by performing warehouse activities such as collecting merchandise, transporting items, packing and receiving shipments, and operating equipment safely


• Serve our customers by promptly processing orders and ensuring integrity of their items


• Assist with inventory cycle counts and document deliveries, returns, and transfers


• Load and unload customer and/or vendor vehicles


• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred


• General knowledge of operating a forklift and/or small industrial vehicles is required


• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment is required


• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required


• Valid class C driver’s license
