Base pay range

Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, order processing, shipping, pulling orders, conducting inventory cycle counts, and managing UPS Depot inventory.

Essential Functions:

• Creates maintenance and Time & Materials (T&M) sales orders.
• Performs general warehouse/stockroom activities, including:
• Product receiving
• Order pulling from stock/depot
• Packaging and shipping
• Stock cycle counts
• Inventory transfers
• Performs same-day shipping.
• Replenishes stock for both the warehouse and depots.
• Processes and tracks Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
• Communicates with Internal Sales Representatives (ISRs), National Account Managers (NAMs), Project Managers (PMs), and Customer Service Center (CSC) operations (Technicians, Customer Advocates, and CSC management team).
• Tracks order shipments.
• Performs some purchasing for maintenance sales orders.

Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates lift trucks or hoists to move shipments from shipping and receiving platforms to storage areas.
• Assists with labeling and packaging.
• Assists with obtaining freight quotes.
• Organizes inventory and warehouse.
• Orders warehouse supplies.
• Sets up and prepares repair orders.
• Assists with inventory cycle counts and adjustments.
