Regional Distribution Center Warehouse Associate

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate at our Regional Distribution Center in Nazareth, PA, you will perform daily operational tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control to meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer service standards for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce retail centers.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete assigned warehouse activities efficiently and accurately.
2. Maintain compliance with BMW's core values and policies.
3. Operate powered industrial equipment and process shipments of Dangerous Goods, obtaining necessary certifications.
4. Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work environment.
5. Meet performance metrics for quality and productivity.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Certifications.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP or BMW WM.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks involving driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, squatting, and exposure to temperature variations and noise. Overtime may be required.

Work Schedule:

Full-time attendance at the facility, typically from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. This is a unionized location.

The pay rate for this role is $21.63/hour, with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonuses, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
