Job Description

J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site. Essential duties include:

1. Receiving instructions from the Foreman or Materials Manager to identify materials or containers to be moved.
2. Conveying materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
3. Securing lifting attachments to materials and transporting loads to destinations.
4. Counting, weighing, and recording units of materials moved or handled daily.
5. Operating industrial trucks and cranes to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
6. Operating forklifts.
7. Identifying raw materials and their storage locations.
8. Documenting material movements within the warehouse.
9. Reviewing the bill of materials and work orders.
10. Pulling materials and kits into bins for specific work orders.
11. Performing duties safely and wearing required PPE at all times.
12. Observing and complying with ISO 9001 QMS provisions.

Qualifications

Vocational/technical training, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in an industrial manufacturing or paint shop setting are required.
