Job summary

Sierra Forest Products Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our day shift team. You will load, unload, and move products using a forklift, prepare orders for shipment, and ensure accurate loads.

You will oversee freight handling, label stock, manage packing materials, and enter inventory into our ERP system while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. A forklift license and prior forklift experience are required, with strong teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift license required.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Lumber or panel experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push approximately 75lbs repetitively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move and stack products using a forklift.
• Prepare order for shipment, ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Oversee freight handling and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements.
• Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in the correct storage location.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Key updated inventory into the ERP system.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory to management.
• Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
