Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our Corona, CA team. This role manages shipping/receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and on-time customer deliveries with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and, ideally, forklift certification. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and team lift up to 100 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and invoices.
• Organize and store inventory efficiently for easy access and retrieval.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain an accurate inventory system and conduct routine stock checks.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Deliver products to customers on schedule and obtain signatures as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
