Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Conyers, GA is hiring for a warehouse associate to support sorting, packing, pallet building and equipment operation. You’ll unload boxes up to 50 lbs, scan items, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

We offer paid training, overtime on peak periods, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• 6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train)
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs.
• Meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends available during peak
• Ability to work in various climate conditions
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Standing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Willing to submit a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Unloads apparel boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Remove items from sorting bins, scan and place onto conveyor belt
• Sort, organize and build pallets
• Operate various types of material handling equipment
• Identify unusable pallets
• Basic ability to read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided)
• Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures. (eg. bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers, etc.)
• Maintains work area in a clean and hazard free condition
