The ideal candidate will operate forklift equipment, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with safety procedures. A background check and drug test are required, with opportunities for certification and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a team player and able to work with others.
• At least 1+ years of warehouse and forklift experience.
• Must pass background, motor vehicle, and drug tests.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to operate GPS, electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful.
• Customer service skills and represent the company appropriately.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Associate

About this position

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities to include inventory control, loss prevention, as well as shipping and receiving documentation. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the rotation of inventory within the warehouse by preparing shipments, stage and verify incoming material, and use powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.)
• Load and unload goods to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
• Notify managers of any major maintenance issues encountered
• Properly use Timekeeping App to ensure appropriate and accurate time-management
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company’s safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures
• Ensure that all safety procedures remain a priority by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification

REQUIREMENTS
