Job summary

HC Forklift America Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, and distributing forklifts and components. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, keep the warehouse clean and safe, and assist with daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and some warehouse experience. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO/holidays, and EAP programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming forklifts and related components.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for shipping.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and cosmetic maintenance of forklifts, including washing equipment, applying touch‑up paint to scratched or chipped areas, and ensuring all units are clean, well‑maintained, and presentable prior to customer delivery.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to meet operational goals.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
