Superior Beverage Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced operation. You will pick, organize and ship beer and wine orders, maintaining safety and accuracy with our voice-to-pick system.

This full-time swing shift offers reliable hours and opportunities for attendance bonuses. You must be able to lift 35 lbs and occasionally 170 lb kegs, using scanners and basic tech on the job.

Qualifications

• Reliability and good attendance are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and 170 lbs keg safely.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with material handling and operating equipment is a plus.
• Able to read labels and coded dates.
• Able to use technology at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality standards while working with our voice-to-pick system.
• Pick beer and wine cases using scanners and other technology.
• Ensure customer orders are not damaged.
• Load trucks for delivery teams and customers.
• Sort damaged beer and wine cases.
• Put away returned cases of beer and wine.
• Problem-solving on the warehouse floor.

Warehouse Associates pick, organize and ship out everyone’s favorite beverages. This is a fast-paced, physical environment that provides our customers with all their beer and wine needs.

Compensation

• Up to $35/HR - Pick Bonus Available!
• $850/Year Attendance Bonus Eligible

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 7AM to Production Finish

Typical Duties

• Following proper safety and quality standards while working alongside our voice-to-pick system
• Making sure beer and wine cases are picked accurately using scanners and other technology
• Ensuring customer orders are not damaged
• Loading trucks accurately for our delivery team and customers
• Sorting damaged beer and wine cases
• Putting away returned cases of beer and wine
• Problem-solving
