This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities will be compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. If you are friendly, organized, hard-working, and thrive in a warehouse environment, Floor & Decor is the place for you. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.

Essential Job Functions

Follow safety processes and compliance
Work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Basic math skills
Warehouse and customer service experience
Experience with heavy machinery preferred but not required
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Forklift certification through F&D or ability to obtain it

Working Conditions

Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles
Noise level typically quiet to moderate

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Lift 30-60 pounds occasionally, 20-30 pounds frequently
Use hands and fingers frequently, stand, walk, reach, climb, crouch
