This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities will include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, checking inventory, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. If you are friendly, organized, hardworking, and thrive in a warehouse environment, Floor & Decor is the place for you. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure compliance with safety processes
• Work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic math skills
• Warehouse and customer service experience
• Experience with heavy machinery preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Forklift certification (through F&D) or ability to obtain it

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles
• Typically quiet to moderate noise levels

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 20-60 pounds
• Frequent use of hands and fingers
• Stand, walk, reach, climb, and bend regularly

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
