This role offers a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Purpose

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise on the sales floor or to customers' vehicles, checking inventory, interacting with customers, and operating forklifts. If you are friendly, organized, hardworking, and thrive in a warehouse environment, Floor & Decor is the place for you. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.

Essential Job Functions

Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.

Restock the show floor with products.
Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
Load customers with the correct products.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Basic math skills.
Warehouse and customer service experience.
Experience with heavy machinery or forklifts is preferred but not required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Forklift certification through F&D or ability to obtain it.
Where permissible, passing a drug test for heavy equipment certification.

Working Conditions

Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally and 20–30 pounds frequently, with the capability to handle objects. Frequent use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping is required.
