Warehouse Associate / Package Handler - Charlotte, NC

Shift:

• Sunday - Thursday 12:30am - End of Sort (around 6am or 7am)

“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Hours vary based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate starting at $16.50/hr (weekly pay)

Responsibilities:

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.

• Stay active by working on your feet throughout your shift

• Work in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold

Referral Program:

Referral bonus of $500 year-round (offered for all company-wide positions). Payouts are $250 after 45 days of the referred employee's tenure and $250 after 90 days. Referrals must start between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
