Base pay range

$16.50/hr - $16.50/hr

Location and Shift

Charlotte, NC — Address: 1816 B West Pointe Drive, Charlotte, NC 28214

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 12:30am - End of Sort (around 6am or 7am). "End of Sort" means completing all required sort work and cleanup, as directed by management. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting hourly rate at $16.50 (weekly pay)

Referral Program

Earn a $500 bonus annually for successful referrals, paid in two installments after 45 and 90 days of the referred employee's tenure, for referrals made between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
