Job Summary

The Production Warehouse Associate at Belt Power, LLC., will perform a variety of duties in our shipping and receiving department and will also be responsible for the fabrication and installation of conveyor belts and related products either in-house or at a customer site.

Responsibilities Include
  • Build/repair belts and conveyor belt components.
  • Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting.
  • Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies; maintain stock area, follow sales orders.
  • Ship product, verify, and record all items loaded for shipments.
  • Work with truck carriers and couriers.
  • Perform duties to fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belting and systems.
  • Maintain shipping records accurately for requested categories including goods returned.
  • Maintain database of shipment data.
  • Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
  • Ensure attention to detail.
  • Keep work area neat and orderly.
  • Pick up and deliver orders, stock, and supplies.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
  • Represent Belt Power professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Organization and prioritization skills; attention to detail.
  • Strong mechanical background.
  • Ability to interpret and verify measurements with a tape measure.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Adaptability to changing situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights and in tight spaces.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Quick learner of new processes and systems.
  • Maintenance, belt tech experience preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment

Work involves exposure to moving and mechanical parts; noise levels can be loud.

Physical Demands

Lift/move up to 50 pounds; manual dexterity required; may stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.

Position Details

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional overtime and weekend work.
