Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Efficiently load, unload, sort, and stock merchandise
  • Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock organization
  • Handle warehouse equipment and machinery safely and proficiently
  • Comply with occupational health and safety standards
  • Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders
  • Assist in day-to-day warehouse activities and contribute to team efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Experience following procedures and warehouse protocols
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools
  • Strong time management skills and punctuality
  • Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus
  • Background in home technology or related fields is advantageous
  • Demonstrated reliability and consistency in job performance
