The warehouse associate will enhance operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving, storing, and managing materials, as well as picking, packing, and scanning orders for pickup and delivery.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Recognition and understanding of product numbers and alpha/numeric codes
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to operate forklifts in compliance with OSHA requirements
  • Understanding of basic inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures
  • Ability to work independently with some guidance
  • Capability to follow written instructions and documented procedures
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Effective time management and adaptability to changing priorities
How You Will Make An Impact
  • Pulling, filling, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup
  • Monitoring order status
  • Following specific instructions for orders
  • Receiving shipments, logging inventory, conducting audits
  • Reporting discrepancies or quality issues
  • Communicating positively with team members and delivery personnel
  • Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, performing safety checks
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility
  • Processing returns accurately
  • Following safety policies in a drug-free workplace
  • Participating in product knowledge meetings
  • Maintaining a professional appearance
  • Ensuring facility security
  • Proficiency with computerized systems and technology
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Applicants must be comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment, capable of operating equipment (sit-down and stand-up forklifts), engaging in long periods of standing and walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. ACR offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, financial wellness, paid time off, and bonuses.
