Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support secure and classified material handling in Camden, Arkansas. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and shipping materials in compliance with SOPs and security protocols.

The role requires operating forklifts and yard equipment, performing inventory in the WMS, and ensuring strict adherence to government and company procedures. A DoD environment experience and U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ months related experience or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify classified and unclassified material per SOPs.
• Store materials in designated secure locations with access controls.
• Pick, stage and prepare classified shipments with approved docs.
• Operate forklift, order picker, reach truck, and yard truck.
• Perform inventory transactions in WMS and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain security compliance and report discrepancies.
• Support audits and safety requirements.

Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing Warehouse Associate to fill this key role supporting a dynamic and growing joint venture. This role is responsible for performing warehouse, material handling and transportation duties in a secure, classified environment. This role ensures the safe handling, storage, movement, and delivery of controlled and classified material while maintaining strict compliance with security protocols, transportation regulations and company procedures.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify classified and unclassified material in accordance with approved SOPs.Accurately store materials in designated secure locations following access control requirementsPick, stage and prepare classified shipments using approved packaging and documentation proceduresOperate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jacks, and yard truckTransportation material using company vehicle om compliance with CDL regulations and DOT requirementsPreform inventory transactions in Warehouse Management System (WMS) or authorized tracking systemConduct cycle counts and supports physical inventory in secure areasMaintain strict adherence to security, and government compliance requirementsEnsure all material is safe guarded at all times and report any security discrepancies immediatelyFollow all safety, environmental and hazardous material handling requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environmentSupport audits, inspections and compliance reviewsPerform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse operationsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), three months or more related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be able to drive a forklift, order picker, reach truck and yard truckMust be well organizedMust be fast pacedMust be able to lift 30lbs consistently throughout the dayMust be willing to handle hazardous materials.Must be a team playerAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, opening and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Knowledge of warehouse operations within a secure or regulated environmentUnderstanding chain of custody and controlled material handling procedureAbility to follow detailed written instructions, SOPs and security protocolsStrong attention to detail and accountabilityAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyBasic computer skills for inventory system and documentationEffective communication skills and ability to work as a part of a trusted teamThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
