Job summary

Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture in Camden, AR is seeking a proven Warehouse Associate to perform warehouse, material handling and transportation duties in a secure, classified environment. This role ensures safe handling, storage, movement, and delivery of controlled material while maintaining strict security protocols and procedures.

You will operate forklift and yard equipment, conduct inventory in WMS, follow SOPs, and support audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ months related experience or training.
• Ability to drive forklift, order picker, reach truck and yard truck.
• Well organized and fast paced.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs consistently.
• Willing to handle hazardous materials.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedure documents.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate inventory systems.
• Knowledge of secure or regulated warehouse operations and chain of custody.
• Ability to follow SOPs and security protocols.
• Must obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify classified and unclassified material in accordance with SOPs.
• Accurately store materials in designated secure locations following access control requirements
• Pick, stage and prepare classified shipments using approved packaging and documentation procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jacks, and yard truck
• Transportation material using company vehicle om compliance with CDL regulations and DOT requirements
• Preform inventory transactions in Warehouse Management System (WMS) or authorized tracking system
• Conduct cycle counts and supports physical inventory in secure areas
• Maintain strict adherence to security, and government compliance requirements
• Ensure all material is safe guarded at all times and report any security discrepancies immediately
• Follow all safety, environmental and hazardous material handling requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment
• Support audits, inspections and compliance reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse operations
