Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Burbank, WA. The role covers loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing and related duties as directed by site leadership. Pay is $19-$21 per hour, with a schedule set at hire and weekly pay.

This job is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring lifting 25-75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience helps, but we are willing to train the right person. Capstone offers benefits after 60 days, growth opportunities and a chance to travel to other sites.

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership
