Warehouse Associate

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system, ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Essential Functions

1. Receive all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, and transfers.
2. Rebuild damaged pallets and process RMAs.
3. Consolidate finished goods storage and monitor quality issues.
4. Validate SKUs, correct LGV alarms, and monitor loads.
5. Unload deliveries using a forklift, maintain storage areas, and handle spills.
6. Assist in production needs and maintain cleanliness and safety.
7. Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales to ensure timely shipments.
8. Maintain records for shipping and inventory control.
9. Engage in process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
10. Ensure a clean, safe warehouse environment and maintain regular attendance.
11. Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: No prior experience required; experience may include education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 2 years in similar environment, role, or managing projects.
