Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bradenton, FL. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments, as well as picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup. Day-to-day tasks include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, labeling and stacking products, and keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized. The Warehouse Associate will collaborate with team members and drivers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and may assist with occasional customer pickups and basic product handling. This role requires consistent attention to safety procedures, physical stamina, and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping & receiving processes, including checking, documenting, and organizing incoming and outgoing orders.
• Proficiency in packing and unloading tasks, with the ability to lift, move, and stack products safely and efficiently.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack, following all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Basic familiarity with warehouse inventory systems or manual inventory tracking methods.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Comfort working in a physically active role, including standing, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
