Kal-lite, a division of Kalwall Corporation founded in 1955, is a leading provider of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) solutions, seeking a self-starter Warehouse Representative for a busy warehouse in Bow, NH.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipping & Receiving: Prepare products for shipment, ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation. Load and unload trucks efficiently with accuracy.
2. Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift; experience preferred but training available.
3. Inventory Management: Track, organize, and replenish materials; conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
4. Quality Control: Inspect products before shipment, document findings, and communicate adjustments.
5. Material Staging: Stock production areas with necessary materials.
6. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe; assist with equipment maintenance.
7. Machining Router Operation: May receive training for operating CNC routers.

Documentation and Reporting

1. Maintain records of shipping, receiving, and inventory changes.
2. Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and packing lists.
3. Organize warehouse paperwork, safety checklists, and compliance documents.
4. Communicate with vendors and logistics teams, documenting discrepancies.
5. Update equipment maintenance logs.
