Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Bethlehem, PA. This role is ideal for a hands‑on warehouse professional with forklift experience who enjoys staying active, working with a supportive team, and contributing to accurate, safe, and efficient warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Associate will support shipping, receiving, order pulling, stocking, loading, and unloading in a fast‑paced manufacturing and operations environment. This position offers steady weekday hours, training from an experienced team lead, and the opportunity to grow into a long‑term role with a team‑focused operation that values safety, reliability, and quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Load out‑of‑box equipment into 48‑foot and 53‑foot trailers using truck pads, truck straps, load bars, and proper loading procedures.
• Unbox equipment, remove packing materials, secure lock‑down brackets, verify order accuracy, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform receiving, stocking, order pulling, shipping, loading, and unloading duties while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
• Operate powered and non‑powered material handling and dock equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet handling equipment.
• Use scanners, warehouse systems, shipping controls, and loading software to track inventory movement and shipped orders.
• Follow OSHA standards, safety procedures, and warehouse processes while communicating discrepancies to the team lead or supervisor.

Schedule & Pay

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.

Job Type: Temp‑to‑hire.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Overtime or work outside normal hours may be required based on business needs.

Training will be provided by the team lead.
