Job summary

Iberia Foods is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Midwest team. This on-site role supports loading, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations while upholding safety standards and efficient inventory control.

The ideal candidate will participate in cross-training, assist with audits, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, incoming containers, etc.
• Select products to fulfill customer orders and package and label shipments.
• Participate in cross-training program to develop skills in all areas of warehouse operations
• Utilize documentation to properly label, put away, track, pick, and pack inventory
• Put away incoming freight, back to stock, or returns as dictated by operational need
• Participate and assist with special projects, inventory movement, warehouse layout, or other movement of goods as needed
• Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse by moving recyclable and non-recyclable goods to the proper collection containers
• Participate in cycle and annual inventory counts/recounts
• Comply with all company and OSHA regulated safety codes
• Maintain cleanliness of company issued machinery and tools
• Assist with customer pick-ups
• Assist with inventory audits
• Assist with documentation as required
