Job summary

Iberia Foods LLC in the Midwest is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role processes products, receives, packs and ships items to fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions. This full-time position offers opportunities for growth and cross-training.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with warehousing experience or any combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Ability to work inside Warehouse or outside
  • Ability to interpret pick tickets and eventually Bar Coding/WMS/RF System Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to meet all Department Productivity Standards
  • Must be able to Stand for long periods of time Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity and cold.
  • May involve some repetitive motions.
  • May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling to make product.
  • May have to move materials up to 75lbs as part of the position and/or stand on feet for long periods of time.
  • May have to move boxes and push/pull up to 75lb.
  • May also include daily use of wrists, hands, fingers, arms to use computer and phone.
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering and giving simple to complex information to a group

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks, incoming containers, etc.
  • Select products to fulfill customer orders and package and label shipments.
  • Participate in cross-training program to develop skills in all areas of warehouse operations
  • Utilize documentation to properly label, put away, track, pick, and pack inventory
  • Put away incoming freight, back to stock, or returns as dictated by operational need
  • Participate and assist with special projects, inventory movement, warehouse layout, or other movement of goods as needed
  • Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse by moving recyclable and non-recyclable goods to the proper collection containers
  • Participate in cycle and annual inventory counts/recounts
  • Comply with all company and OSHA regulated safety codes
  • Maintain cleanliness of company issued machinery and tools
  • Assist with customer pick-ups
  • Assist with inventory audits
  • Assist with documentation as required

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Midwest!

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for processing products, receiving, packing and shipping items within the warehouse in order to fufil customer orders.
