What You’ll Do:

• Keep our warehouse humming by managing inventory, receiving materials, and fulfilling orders for truck restocks.
• Partner with techs in the field to ensure they have what they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
• Lead the charge on warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Implement creative solutions to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and enhance processes.
• Drive accountability across the team while fostering a “tech-friendly” atmosphere.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize truck and warehouse stocking levels and streamline operations.
• Assist with truck fleet management and deployment to keep everything running like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For:

• A motivated leader with strong inventory, project management, and people skills.
• A tech-savvy problem-solver with experience in ERP systems and warehouse management.
• A team player who’s customer-focused and ready to make a difference.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in Plumbing & HVAC warehouse operations (or a similar field).

What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to lift and transport 50+ lbs.
• A commitment to excellence and the drive to achieve exceptional results.
