Overview

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking, and loading products at the Chick-fil-A Supply Cleveland Distribution Center located in Bedford Heights, OH. Schedule:

Monday through Saturday from 7:00AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done:

• The schedule will be assigned based on business needs, and flexibility is required during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Location & Compensation:

Location: Bedford Heights, OH

Pay: Starting at $20.00+ per hour

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be key to maintaining the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization: Engage in unloading, staging, picking, and loading products while on your feet.
• Safety First: Operate machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks safely, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Communication and Care: Interact with care and professionalism with everyone you encounter.
• Opportunities and Development: Additional duties and growth opportunities may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extreme Temperatures: Ability to work in rotation through temperatures from –10°F to 100°F to ensure food safety.
• Heavy Lifting: Ability to reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case, with occasional assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or material handling is preferred but not required; food distribution experience is a plus.
