Overview

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking, and loading products at the Chick-fil-A Supply Cleveland Distribution Center located in Bedford Heights, OH. Schedule: Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM until the work is done:

• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is required during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Location: Pay: Starting at $20.00+ per hour

As a Warehouse Associate, you are key to maintaining the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Safety First: Operate machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks safely and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extreme Temperatures: Must work in rotation through temperatures from –10°F to 100°F to ensure food safety.
• Heavy Lifting: Ability to reach, bend, and stoop to lift up to 65 pounds per case, and occasionally move up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical assistance.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or material handling is preferred but not required. Previous experience in food distribution is a plus.
